Want to be more spontaneous, creative, think on the spot and meet new friends? Find your inner improvisor, up your confidence and have a huge amount of fun. Improv skills are fantastic for creating your own material and energizing your stage performances. Some theatre experience is good but a sense of adventure is better! Starting with basic exercises and leading to collaborative storytelling. Guaranteed to create a lot of laughter.

Taught by Lori Dungey who has been a professional actor, improvisor, writer and tutor for over 35 years.
The first Artistic Director of "The Improvisors", she remains one of New Zealand's most experienced and finest improvisors. Lori has performed in and helped create over 50 improvised productions and was a Hobbit, Mrs. Bracegirdle, in The Lord of the Rings. She's also a voice artist for the TV show, Power Rangers, which entails lots of shrieking and running from monsters.
She is currently a Creative Director in Auckland with the improv company, ConArtists. She just finished a month long run of "The Dinner", an improvised show at "Circa Theatre" in Wellington where the audience supplied each actor with character and story information and throughout the show they ate a real meal.
