To ensure a quick and smooth check-in at the con, you can actively support our crew. Receiving vouchers for autographs, the photo sessions and “Meet & Greets” is also part of this area.

Have printouts ready on site

It is important that you bring all receipts for your ticket and voucher purchases via our shop system in printed form to the event. Depending on when your orders were placed, these can either be order confirmations that were created via our old shop system or the tickets and vouchers from the current shop with barcode and QR code.

Procedure for orders placed via the old shop system

After presenting your order confirmation at the check-in desk, you will receive your ticket and any additional services you may have ordered (vouchers for autographs, photo sessions, meet & greets and menu packages).

Procedure for orders from the current shop system (barcode and OR codes printed)

Present all your barcode/QR code printouts at check-in. The codes will be scanned and you will receive your ticket in return (not for day ticket purchases), as well as vouchers for any additional services ordered, such as autographs, photo sessions, meet & greets and menu packages.

  • IMPORTANT: Your printouts must be exchanged for the above-mentioned vouchers in any case. This is the only way you can make use of the booked service.
    It is not possible to present the printout (e.g. at the autograph session).

If you have any problems or special questions about tickets and vouchers, we have set up a special desk in the check-in area. Our crew will be happy to help you.
