Robert Vogel has seen a lot of fantastic movies in the last 50 years, including a lot worse. Everyone knows the successful fantasy movies, but there are also some “little jewels” that were unjustly unsuccessful or – due to whatever circumstances – didn’t even become known.
In his lecture Kleine Perlen des Fantasyfilms Robert presents such films at MagicCon 6. Who knows, for example, Arabian Adventure, at whose end a great air battle takes place – on flying carpets! For all interested fans, there is also an overview list with recommendations worth seeing at the convention.

Duration: 60 min - The Lecture will be held in: germanRobert Vogel is a long-time fantasy and space travel expert and writes as a freelance journalist for several genre magazines. As a "Frenzied Space Reporter" he also visits the shooting of fantastic films and series and writes "On the set reports" and interviews cast and crew.
Also in front of the camera he can be seen as an extra in some productions. Robert has been active in the fantasy scene since 1973 and has long since lost track of how many conventions he attended. Since the beginning of the new millennium he infiltrates the European Space Agency ESA and spreads the "SciFi virus". Thus the Darth Vader costume that Alexander Gerst wore at the Halloween photo shoot 2018 on the ISS came from him.
